Cost Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end cost management, allocation and reporting processes.
• Automate cost life cycle in NetSuite and related systems.
• Lead and develop cost accounting and systems accounting team.
• Ensure accurate cost treatment across vendor spend and policies.
• Collaborate with Procurement, FP&A, Ops, Legal, and others to align cost accounting.
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations and variance analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA/ACCA or equivalent with IFRS (incl. IFRS16/IAS38) experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, or compelling narrative for alternate path.
• ERP experience, especially NetSuite; procurement, expense management, and reporting.
• Leadership/management of cost accounting processes and teams.
• Excellent English, strong interpersonal skills, curiosity and accountability.
• Willingness to travel as required.
