  • Review CAPs and IDCRPs for accuracy.
  • Validate costs are allowable, reasonable, and documented.
  • Reconcile cost data with financial statements and budgets.
  • Identify and exclude unallowable costs from calculations.
  • Support cost distribution methods across programs and grants.
  • Prepare financial reports, findings, and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA not required.
  • 3–5 years in accounting, finance, or grants management.
  • Direct and indirect cost allocation experience.
  • Experience with grant requests from hospitals, universities, tribal entities, nonprofits.
  • Understanding of federal grant regulations (2 CFR Part 200) and GAAP.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Preferred: experience with cost allocation plans.
