📋 Description

  • Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
  • Deliver life-changing, play-based ABA care and naturalistic interventions.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to design and implement individualized goals.

  • Follow Cortica crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
  • Partner with families to support progress across home, school, and community.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start.
  • High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Able to travel between client sites within 30–40 min radius with reliable transportation.
  • Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong collaboration with families and supervisors.
