Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide direct behavior therapy to individuals with autism as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Attend orientation and complete Cortica BCAT training.
• Deliver behavior-analytic services in 1:1 and group settings with BCBA guidance.
• Implement positive behavior strategies per treatment plans with BCBA.
• Work in home, community, school, or clinic settings with families.
• Document data collection and complete session notes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children, preferably autism.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience considered; undergraduates will be considered.
• Currently an RBT or BCAT or willing to obtain BCAT within 45 days.
• Available to work some days, late afternoons and evenings.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office.
