Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavior services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support learning.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols and mandated reporting as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with children; autism a plus.
• HS degree or higher; bachelor’s or master’s preferred.
• Willing to obtain BCAT within 90 days of start date.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (30–40 min radius).
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
