ABA Jumpstart Lead, BCBA

📋 Description

• Provide modeling, direct support, and clinical oversight of the Jumpstart curriculum.
• Oversee clinical programming for ABA clients; supervise teammates across settings.
• Attend Jumpstart Lead meetings; develop programs and ensure clinical quality.
• Maintain clinical productivity by completing treatment plans, supervision, and parent training.
• Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to Behavior Technicians and parent training.
• Ensure Cortica’s Whole Child Approach guides care and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• BCBA certification with active state licensure.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Human Services or related field.
• Current and unrestricted BCBA licensure; ability to obtain licensure in other Cortica states.
• TB clearance and CPR/First Aid training (or ability to obtain).
• Post-offer background check and motor vehicle record requirement.
• E-Verify participation required.
