Corporate Treasurer

📋 Description

• Forge and maintain relationships with bankers, asset managers, and rating agencies.
• Oversee liquidity forecasting, stress tests, treasury policy design, and reporting templates.
• Build cash flow forecasting models with financial planning and analysis; monitor key treasury metrics.
• Oversee day-to-day cash management across FX, fiat balances, and counterparties.
• Drive banking operations efficiencies and implement treasury systems and processes.
• Contribute to capital structure optimization and capital allocation decisions.
• Coordinate inter-company cash needs including A/P, payroll, tax, and debt.
• Develop deep understanding of liquidity requirements and funding strategy.
• Develop treasury reports for executive management.
• Maintain covenants and covenant forecasts for fiat debt vehicles.
• Build FX operations; identify currency exposures; hedge fiat and crypto.
• Assist with acquisitions and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in treasury operations.
• Experience in treasury ops at a global fintech.
• Passion for financial markets; willing to learn about crypto.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modelling skills.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management systems.
• Experience in digital asset industry is a plus.
• Experience building scalable infrastructure and driving process automation in Finance.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
