  • Deliver instructor-led onboarding, technical and soft skills training in-person and virtual.
  • Train Operations teams to excel and delight patients, prescribers, and partners.
  • Maintain training records and report on training activities and outcomes.
  • Ensure curriculum is aligned in the LMS and conduct content QA.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness; provide feedback and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with training peers, instructional designers, and Operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years as Trainer/Facilitator in a contact center or similar.
  • 3+ years in a contact center or hub pharmacy as agent/tech is a plus.
  • Proactive, eager to learn.
  • Strong facilitation and classroom management, virtual and in-person.
  • Strong time management and multitasking.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
