π― Requirements
- 2+ years as Trainer/Facilitator in a contact center or similar.
- 3+ years in a contact center or hub pharmacy as agent/tech is a plus.
- Proactive, eager to learn.
- Strong facilitation and classroom management, virtual and in-person.
- Strong time management and multitasking.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
