Own endpoint and device management across the environment.
Manage SaaS and identity systems, including lifecycle, access controls, and integrations.
Escalation point for complex technical issues; diagnose root causes.
Improve reliability and security via proactive maintenance and hardening.
Execute changes within defined maintenance windows.

🎯 Requirements

U.S. Citizen
Ability to pass a background check
5+ years experience in systems engineering/administration
Endpoint management experience (Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE)
Experience managing SaaS platforms, SSO, and access control
Identity providers: Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID
