🎯 Requirements

5+ years experience as a sourcer at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
Proven record of recruiting top talent
Proven abilities to attract passive candidates
Ability to learn our talent standards and apply them to sourcing efforts
Ability to move through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism and friendliness
