Corporate Security Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own the security standard across all Whatnot global office locations
• Develop repeatable security playbooks for events and activations
• Manage third-party guard vendors to defined performance standards
• Partner with Workplace on emergency response programs
• Be the on the ground security lead at high visibility activations
• Assess and mitigate risk for seller engagements and community initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in corporate security operations
• Experience managing external vendors to high standards
• Strong cross functional stakeholder communication
• Ability to build playbooks and scale programs
• Willing to work in office 2-3 days a week and travel 25%+
