Corporate Security Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own physical safety across offices, events, and field.
• Develop scalable security programs, playbooks, and standards.
• Lead incident response and crisis management in high-stakes scenarios.
• Partner with Workplace, People, Marketing, and Category; manage global vendors.
• Define office security standards and oversee guard vendors.
• Create event security playbooks and conduct site assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in corporate security operations.
• Experience across multi-office environments and events/field security.
• Proven track record managing external vendors to high standards.
• Ability to build security playbooks in fast-moving orgs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with non-security stakeholders.
• Willing to work 2-3 days/week in office and travel ≥25%.
