Corporate Security Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmap for corporate security engineering.
• Define secure-by-default configurations across corporate systems.
• Lead vulnerability management oversight and automation priorities.
• Drive configuration enforcement and drift reduction.
• Collaborate with Sec Ops, IT, Eng, and Compliance for secure deployments.
• Establish workflows for baseline reviews, drift monitoring, and POA&M tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in security engineering or enterprise security.
• 2+ years leading engineers or technical security teams.
• Hands-on endpoint security tooling (MDM, browser mgmt, Zscaler).
• Baselines aligned to NIST 800-53, CMMC 2.0, DISA STIGs.
• Experience overseeing vulnerability management programs and SLAs.
• SaaS security configuration, identity hardening, and enterprise access controls.
