- Serve as Kin’s designated corporate witness; provide 30(b)(6) testimony
- Testify on claim handling, policy interpretation, underwriting intent
- Cradle-to-grave reviews of litigated claim files, data, and docs
- Partner with litigation teams to develop testimony strategies
- Maintain expert knowledge of SOPs, state regs, and Four Corners
- Prepare for depositions and trials with document review and mock exams
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years handling first-party property and/or large-loss claims
- Experience providing Corporate Representative testimony in Property & Casualty matters
- 30(b)(6) testimony in depositions/trials, Florida and other states
- Working knowledge of claim files, underwriting guidelines, and litigation docs
- Expertise in first-party property claims handling and policy interpretation
- Active Florida Adjuster License
