🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years full life cycle recruiting (corporate/non-technical).
  • 2+ years using Greenhouse ATS.
  • Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
  • Partner with managers to define requirements and interview plans.
  • Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
