🎯 Requirements
- 4-6 years in full-lifecycle recruiting in corporate setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Marketing or related.
- CPG experience, preferably in Food and Beverage.
- Experience with behavioral and competency-based interviewing.
- Strong recruitment process knowledge and techniques.
- Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse) and other tools.
