๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years corporate recruiting experience (or mix with startup/agency work)
- Experience with a company size of 500+ employees, including non-exempt and international workforce
- Experience engaging direct and passive candidates
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Data-driven mindset; proficiency with ATS and job boards (Greenhouse preferred)
- Experience with G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Okta, and Macbook
