🎯 Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from a 4-year accredited institution.
- 10+ years corporate paralegal/legal operations experience in tech or law firm.
- Proven track record scaling corporate ops processes (signing authority, approvals, records).
- Experience supporting IPO, M&A and financing rounds with end-to-end transaction management.
- Strong knowledge of governance, subsidiaries, SEC compliance, KYC/UBO.
- Exceptional drafting, organizational and communication skills; manage multiple projects.
