🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years paralegal or legal clerk experience preferred.
- Ability to manage time with limited supervision.
- Able to multitask and stay highly responsive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with Section 16 filings and related tools (Workiva, Diligent, BoardVantage).
