• Manage full life cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Support hiring partners with recruitment strategies and pipelines.
• Utilize Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and other sourcing tools.
• Measure outputs and iterate to improve recruitment practices and tools.
• Create a positive candidate experience with timely feedback throughout.
• Drive DEI-focused search strategies and diverse talent pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years as a full-cycle recruiter; agency and corporate experience a plus.
• Proven experience sourcing and building strong candidate pipelines.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions across exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment; manage multiple projects.
• Passion for DEI and inclusive hiring across all stages.
