Corporate Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate and close SaaS, license and services contracts with customers and partners.
• Provide practical legal advice to sales on legal and business issues.
• Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, Security, IT on contracting matters.
• Serve a global Go-To-Market organization, with a focus on the Eastern US time zone.
• Assist with entity management for Similarweb’s Chilean entity.
• Interface with outside counsel as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial law experience in a tech company or large firm.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to draft and close commercial agreements with minimal senior support.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven and motivated to contribute to the company's success.
• Comfortable working with a global customer base across time zones, esp. Eastern US.
