📋 Description

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to staff
• Co-administer Google Workspace, Okta, and Jamf
• Troubleshoot and repair a Mac fleet
• Deliver IT training to staff
• Co-lead setup for new office locations
• Support on-site and regional teams
• Ensure security and maintenance of IT assets

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant IT experience
• 4+ years with Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, and Mac troubleshooting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks
• Passion for learning and applying new technologies
• Basic understanding of networking and security practices
