• Experience in corporate governance and policy development.
• Draft, review, and implement governance policies and charters.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and IPO-readiness (Saudi regs).
• Experience collaborating with legal, finance, risk, and compliance teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across subsidiaries.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and risk awareness.
