🎯 Requirements

- Bachelor’s in Business/Finance/Economics/Engineering; MBA preferred but not required.
- Experience with B2C/B2B SaaS; strong financial models and cohort analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; detail oriented.
- Ability to influence strategy and translate into financial models beyond finance.
- Proactive, structured problem-solving; comfortable with ambiguity; collaborative.
- Expert-level financial modeling and Excel; BI tools a plus.
- Experience with planning systems (Causal/Adaptive/Anaplan) and AI tools (Claude/Tableau) a plus.
