Corporate Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Build and scale the corporate finance function; implement new controls.
• Own and drive financial planning and budgeting; allocate resources.
• Develop and monitor key financial metrics; report to Board and Exec team.
• Design and implement planning tools (NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive).
• Drive strategic initiatives and analytics for unit economics, growth, and ops.
• Lead capital raise activities and investor/lender engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Corporate Finance/FP&A/Strategic Finance; 2+ yrs at public/pre-IPO.
• Excel expert; strong financial models, critical thinking, and business judgment.
• Expert in building processes in enterprise FP systems (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan).
• Self-starter with track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication; effective cross-functional collaborator.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
