Drive day-to-day financial, tax, insurance diligence across multiple live transactions.
Manage full deal lifecycle from due diligence to onboarding and exit.
Coordinate with founders, legal, tax, and HR; translate findings into insights.
Prepare diligence outputs to enable onboarding of new operating companies.
Analyze SaaS metrics (revenue, retention, Rule of 40) to inform decisions.
Support capital allocation, valuation, and strategic decisions across ASG.

🎯 Requirements

2-4+ years in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, IB, PE, or consulting.
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field.
Experience with QoE, Net Working Capital, Indebtedness, MRR, run-rate analyses.
Strong GAAP knowledge and cash-to-accrual understanding.
Proficient in Excel; able to synthesize large datasets into insights.
CPA preferred but not required.
