🎯 Requirements
- 4–6 years in event planning and execution
- Experience running conferences or launches with 1000+ attendees
- Familiarity with global industry stages (e.g., AWS re:Invent)
- Detail-oriented with run-of-show docs, AV coordination, and vendor mgmt
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and partner management
- Developer empathy: speak to engineers, CTOs, and product leaders
