📋 Description

• Oversee donor portfolio in the $10k–$250k+ range.
• Lead solicitations and cultivate key donor relationships.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and budgets for donors.
• Collaborate with leadership, program staff, and Trustees on strategy.
• Supervise Leadership Philanthropy Coordinator and data needs in Tessitura.
• Provide donor recognition, events, and corporate volunteering opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years fundraising in a complex nonprofit setting.
• Proven success securing corporate/foundation grants in 10k–250k+ range.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Tessitura, and spreadsheets.
• Experience with corporate recognition and fulfillment practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, budgeting, and time management.
