Corporate & Employment Counsel II

📋 Description

• Provide corporate and employment legal support across teams.
• Advise on employment law across domestic and international offices.
• Manage outside counsel and related staffing/budget.
• Develop employment forms, playbooks, and internal docs.
• Lead internal investigations with objectivity and discretion.
• Support business operations and special projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant legal practice (top firm + in-house preferred).
• Experience litigating employment matters, including complex issues.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-lawyers.
• Analytical thinker balancing legal and business risks.
• Calm under pressure with strong partnerships across teams.
• JD from accredited law school; active bar in WA or MA preferred.
