Corporate Development Lead

📋 Description

• Own the M&A process end-to-end; drive cross-functional diligence and close.
• Develop investment and M&A theses by researching emerging trends and Paxos priorities.
• Build a live pipeline of targets across infrastructure, distribution, and regulated capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end equity fundraising; manage data rooms and coordinate diligence.
• Be a strategic partner to the executive team; translate market insights into actionable recommendations.
• Scale Paxos Ventures; source and evaluate early-stage investments; support founders.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of executing M&A or investment transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication skills; present deal thesis to CFO and explain terms to engineers.
• Proven ability to own fundraising end-to-end; manage workstreams and investor relationships.
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, or fintech is a plus.
• 7+ years of work experience.
