🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in IB/PE/VC/consulting/corp dev with tech focus.
  • Prior M&A deal experience from sourcing to close.
  • Expert in financial modeling and valuation (DCF, LBO, comps, precedents).
  • Excellent communication; strong relationship-building and project management.
  • Advanced use of AI tools to automate workflows in deals.
