Corporate Development Associate

📋 Description

• Support equity capital markets and investor relations efforts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and executives on capital raises.
• Assist with investor engagement and messaging.
• Own the corporate access calendar (investor meetings, roadshows).
• Prepare earnings materials and coordinate Q&A.
• Develop investor-facing materials; ensure consistent external messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Capital Markets at an investment bank (ECM/related).
• Strong understanding of equity markets, public company processes, investor dynamics.
• Analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Experience with public companies or IPO-ready organizations is a plus.
