Corporate Development Analyst (M&A)

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks and strategic partners.
• Perform financial analysis and modelling to inform transaction decisions.
• Manage corporate reporting and Investment Committee materials.
• Support post-transaction integration across cross-functional teams.
• Participate on deal execution teams for M&A and strategic transactions.
• Develop financial models and valuations to inform decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analysis skills.
• Knowledge of M&A processes, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
