📋 Description

• Lead accounting and valuation of M&A transactions and investments.
• Oversee purchase price allocations and valuations with 3rd party specialists.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, FP&A, and Operations Accounting.
• Support due diligence and M&A integration as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA with 8+ years in M&A accounting
• Big 4 or advisory background in tech M&A
• Exceptional attention to detail and self-review
• Build financial processes and internal controls
• Strong analytical skills on valuation methods
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP
