📋 Description

• Lead and scale Qualtrics' global privacy program across product, contracts, incidents.
• Embed pragmatic privacy advice into product development and regulatory engagement.
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals; partner cross-functionally.
• Drive Privacy by Design with Product and Engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent international qualification.
• 4-9 years in privacy or a similar role at top firm or company.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy regimes.
• Privacy certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; adaptable with shifting priorities.
• Ability to manage and advise senior leadership.
