🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active Bar.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in CS, EE, or ECE.
• USPTO Registered Patent Attorney.
• 5+ years of IP experience, including software patent prosecution.
• Technical Savvy: SaaS and cloud software experience.
• Mindset: builder who thrives in fast-paced, business-minded environments.
