📋 Description

• Counsel product teams on development, launches, terms, and user policies.
• Guide AI governance, data use, bias, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on software IP and AI-generated content IP for features.
• Identify legal risks in product roadmaps and cross-functional programs.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Security, and Trust & Safety to ensure compliance.
• Role may require travel up to 10%.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar in good standing.
• 4-7 years' experience; law firm litigation preferred.
• Strong litigation foundation: dispute assessment, outside counsel, discovery.
• Experience advising on tech or product-related legal matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Understanding AI tools to expedite workflows.
