🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at a cloud software company
- 2+ years drafting/negotiating SaaS, software licenses, and professional services agreements
- JD from an accredited law school and active US state bar
- AI-first mindset; ability to refine AI output into final work
- Experience advising business teams on customer contract issues
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
