🎯 Requirements

- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- 0-3+ years of contract drafting, negotiation, and/or management.
- State Bar membership; qualified to practice in-house in the US; good standing on CLE.
- In-house experience negotiating commercial contracts.
- Knowledgeable in technology/cybersecurity industries; data privacy; international negotiation.
