🎯 Requirements
- Qualified to practise law in Germany (Volljurist) with 6+ PQE, incl. 3+ in-house.
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating German-law contracts; French-law desirable.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Autonomous worker with good prioritisation and independent judgement.
- Strong commercial acumen balancing risk and business objectives.
- Experience supporting sales/region ops in a cloud/SaaS org; DACH market knowledge.
