📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with domestic and international parties
• Manage standard contract templates and playbooks to streamline contracting
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance and regulatory requirements
• Proactively address evolving regulatory and governance compliance environment
• Provide leadership for all legal needs across the business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience (in-house or law firm), 3+ years in SaaS
• Experience negotiating B2B SaaS, esp software security and compliance
• Start-up experience is highly desirable
• Experience building and leading in-house legal teams
• Proficient with G-Suite, DocuSign, and Slack
• Working knowledge of contract databases and invoicing systems
