📋 Description

• Advise on structuring, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for Axon's goods, SaaS.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Eng, Product, and IT to scale contracts.
• Lead contracting processes for scale, including templates, risk analyses, and policies.
• Supervise Contracts Managers and enforce risk levels via playbooks.
• Provide other legal advice on regulatory compliance and industry standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Draft and negotiate high-volume contracts (SaaS, hardware, services).
• Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
• Act with urgency on contract requests.
• J.D. with good standing in at least one US state bar.
• Experience designing and administering contract lifecycle processes.
