📋 Description

• Provide legal advice to global sales on transactions for Axon products and services.
• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for goods, services, and SaaS.
• Lead and supervise Contracts Managers; enforce risk levels via playbooks.
• Develop and evolve contracting processes, templates, and risk analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product and IT to scale contracting.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
• In-house experience preferred.
• Draft and negotiate high-volume contracts including SaaS, hardware, services.
• Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
• J.D. and bar admission in good standing.
• Experience with CLMs, Salesforce, MS Office, and Generative AI.
