📋 Description

• Advise global partners on transactional matters for Axon's goods, services, and SaaS.
• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for goods, services, and SaaS.
• Provide options and risk analyses for contract negotiations.
• Supervise and review Contracts Managers’ work.
• Set risk levels and manage knowledge bank and playbooks.
• Lead processes to scale legal contracting, including CLM implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts (in-house preferred).
• Structure, draft, negotiate high-volume contracts (SaaS, hardware, services).
• Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
• Act with urgency on requests.
• Pass-first attitude; mentor others.
• Experience supporting large, dynamic organizations.
• Experience negotiating international agreements.
• Passion for process and organization.
• J.D. with bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• Designing, implementing, and administering contract lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Salesforce, CLMs, and MS Office.
