📋 Description

• Provide legal advice on transactional matters for Axon's global sales org.
• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for goods, services, and SaaS.
• Advise on negotiations and risk analyses for business partners.
• Supervise and review Contracts Managers’ work.
• Lead processes to scale legal contracting, including templates and CLM.
• Provide other legal advice on regulatory matters and industry standards; collaborate with teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts (in-house preferred).
• Structure, draft, and negotiate high-volume contracts (SaaS, hardware, services).
• Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
• J.D. and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• Experience designing, implementing, and administering contract lifecycle processes.
• Deep understanding of contract tools (Generative AI, Salesforce, CLMs, MS Office).
