📋 Description

• Serve on Axon's contracts and corporate team.
• Structure and negotiate contracts for goods, services, SaaS.
• Provide risk analyses and negotiation options.
• Supervise Contracts Managers and enforce risk playbooks.
• Lead contracting processes and implement CLM.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and industry standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Draft and negotiate high-volume contracts for SaaS, hardware, services.
• Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
• J.D. and active U.S. state bar admission.
• Design, implement, and administer contract lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, CLMs, Generative AI, and MS Office.
