  • Provide legal advice to global sales and business teams on transactional matters.
  • Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for goods, services, and SaaS.
  • Lead contract lifecycle processes, templates, risk analyses and policies.
  • Supervise Contracts Managers and enforce risk levels via knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, IT.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
  • Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate high-volume contracts (SaaS, hardware, services).
  • Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
  • JD and active bar status in at least one U.S. state.
  • Experience designing and implementing contract lifecycle processes and CLMs.
  • Proficiency with Generative AI, Salesforce, CLMs, and Microsoft Office.
