📋 Description

• Provide legal advice on transactional matters for Axon’s sales.
• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for goods, services, and SaaS.
• Lead and evolve contract processes to scale the business.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, and IT.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and other legal requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active US state bar.
• 5+ years negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting SaaS, hardware, and services contracts.
• Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
• Ability to act with urgency and mentor others.
• Familiarity with CLMs, Salesforce, Generative AI, and MS Office.
