📋 Description

• Provide legal advice on transactions for Axon's global sales teams.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate contracts for goods, services, and SaaS.
• Supervise and review Contracts Managers’ work.
• Set and enforce risk levels via knowledge base and playbooks.
• Lead processes to scale contracting support; draft templates and support CLM.
• Provide other legal advice on regulatory compliance and industry standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years negotiating complex commercial contracts (in-house preferred).
• Structure, draft, and negotiate high-volume contracts (SaaS, hardware, services).
• Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
• J.D. and in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
• Experience designing, implementing, and administering contract lifecycle processes.
• Deep understanding of CLM tools, Generative AI, Salesforce, and MS Office.
