Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Advise on complex equity and corporate/securities issues.
• Manage public company filings and related processes.
• Advise on governance matters for Palantir, subsidiaries, and ventures.
• Assist with corporate/securities transactions, including M&A.
• Help administer Palantir’s equity portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• JD and active bar membership (or equivalent international qualification).
• 4+ years’ corporate/securities attorney experience (top firm or in-house).
• Knowledge of public company reporting, governance, board matters, and securities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; distill complexity clearly.
